David Bazzy

President and COO

As President and Chief Operating Officer, David Bazzy has overseen the tremendous growth the company as well as the expansion of Kenwal’s operating locations – the company’s Dearborn headquarters, which includes Kenwal Pickling, and the Lebanon, Tennessee facility. A 30-year steel industry veteran, Bazzy’s insight and experience has been critical to Kenwal’s opening of new avenues to service emerging markets.

Outside of Kenwal, David donates his time and talents to various causes, and serves as an elected City Councilman in Dearborn, Michigan. He is a board member of the College of Arts, Sciences and Letters at the University of Michigan – Dearborn.

John DuBrock

Vice President of Operations

John oversees Kenwal’s processing facilities in the United States, as well as our processing business in Mexico, as Kenwal’s VP of Operations. With over 20 years of steel industry experience and 30 years in operations management, John works closely with our toll processing customers as well as our plant management teams to ensure our practices exceed industry standards and customer expectations.

John is a graduate of Lewis University and charitably supports disabled children and adult non-profit organizations.

Doug Bredy

Vice President of Business Development

Doug joined Kenwal in 2025 as Vice President of Business Development and is responsible for sales across Kenwal’s North American footprint. He brings over 32 years of Sales and Marketing experience in the steel industry to Kenwal and a passion for providing solutions for customer challenges and building new relationships across the supply chain to create value for stakeholders.

He is a graduate of Michigan State University and looks forward to becoming involved in the community now that he has moved back to Michigan.

Nicole Minor

Vice President of Quality

Nicole Minor is the Vice President of Quality and is responsible for overseeing the quality team across Kenwal’s facilities. A veteran of the integrated steel industry with over 25 years of experience, her previous roles have included process metallurgy, product development, order routing, and commercial support. She has a B.S. in Metallurgical and Materials Engineering from Michigan Technological University and a J.D. from Wayne State University Law School. She is a member of ASTM International and volunteers as a committee member for a local Scouts BSA troop.

Jeffrey K. Tischler

Chief Financial Officer

In his role as Chief Financial Officer, Jeffrey Tischler is responsible for all Kenwal’s financial functions, including accounting, audit, treasury and bank related matters. Mr. Tischler also oversees and manages the human resource, credit, and information technology departments. His career spans more than 25 years of varied experience including Executive Level Positions in Banking as well as financial consulting.

Jeffrey received his bachelor’s degree in finance from Eastern Michigan University.
